Technical Data: Vintage: 1999. Type: Red Wine. Alcoholic Content: 13,3% Vol. Grape Variety: Tempranillo. Sugar Content: 1.8 gr./litre Production Method: Must from carefully selected grapes is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Once the fermentation process is completed, the wine is transferred to American oak casks for a six-month ageing process. Tasting Notes: Wine of an intense bright red colour. Its bouquet is evocative of ripe red fruit in a perfect blend with the wood. Medium-bodied, very well-balanced, and smooth on the palate. Service Temperature: 18ºC.
