Technical Data: Vintage: 2001. Type: White Wine. Alcoholic Content: 12,5% Vol. Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay. Sugar Content: 1.5 - 1.8 gr./litre. Production Method: Once the must has been obtained by means of pneumatic pressure, it is decanted and deposited directly into stainless steel tanks to begin the fermentation process at a controlled temperature of 17ºC, in order to prevent the loss of aromas and flavours through evaporation. This process takes approximately 17 days, extinguishing itself when the sugar from the must has been consumed. Next the wine undergoes a gentle, assisted clarification process and microbiological filtering. Tasting Notes: Fine white wine of a slight greenish yellow colour. Character, elegance, good presence on the palate and an aftertaste that reveals the balanced caress of French oak. Service Temperature: 8ºC. Gastronomy: A splendid accompaniment to stuffed pasta with light sauces, grilled salmon or trout, seafood and delicate white meats. Logistic Data: |
