Production Method: This wine was produced starting from a careful selection of Malbec variety grapes. The must is fermented at controlled temperatures of between 24º and 27ºC. The wine is then deposited in large vats, where it stabilises and evolves, later to be transferred to French oak casks for a period of not less than six months. Finally, the wine is filtered and rounded off in the bottle until reaching its prime.

Tasting Notes: Spirited and brash, with a marked national character, its flavour betrays the wine's encounter with oak to just the right measure. The virtues of the native soil and the variety, together with meticulous production, are the origins of this captivating red, designed for long-term consumption.

Service Temperature: 16-18ºC.

Gastronomy: Splendid with roasted and meats, classic pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
