Technical Data: Vintage: 2001. Type: Red Wine. Alcoholic Content: 12,6% Vol. Grape Variety: 100% Merlot. Sugar Content: 0.8 - 1.5 gr./litre. Production Method: Must obtained from black grapes of an incomparably smooth character is fermented at a controlled temperature (24º - 27ºC). After completing the fermentation process, the wine is deposited in a large inert vats for a minimum period of 6 months, where it stabilises and evolves. When the oenologist deems that the wine has reached its maturation point in the vats, he decides on how it is divided. For this step, the wine is first stabilised at a low temperature and then microfiltered and bottled. Tasting Notes: Fine red wine, complex, with a silky, velvety temperament.
