Production Method: This wine was produced starting from a careful selection of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine, develops both outstanding fruit and elegance. The careful vinification process brings about the preservation and enrichment of such characteristics which, at the same time, are completed by a cask ageing (six months minimum) and a quiet maturation in our cellars.

Tasting Notes: Fine red wine, with an intense red ruby colour. Full and well-balanced, but with strength too, it has spicy notes which are typical of those varieties enriched by an oak touch. Both its body and its deep aroma together with its vigorous flavour, support its varietal purity.

Service Temperature: 16-18ºC

Gastronomy: Due to its body and complexity, this wine turns out to be the ideal accompaniment for both red and spicy meats as well as for game.
